We at Possum Boutique want to give our customers an easy and stress-free online shopping experience. Thus, we understand that buying online means you may find the actual product a little different to what you expected.
If the product arrives and doesn’t match your expectations, simply send us an email at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving the product, and we will happily offer an exchange, store credit, or gift voucher equal to the price you paid (minus shipping) – If you would like your product returned for a refund you must pay the cost of shipping. However, for exchanging items, we will send you a prepaid tracked return shipping label to take into the post shop /shipping agent with the package.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed with labels attached.
Your refund will be processed within three business days after we have received the returned product. We will credit your original method of payment.
Unfortunately, sale item transactions are final, can be exchanged but cannot be refunded.
