We understand that shopping online can feel uncertain, especially when it comes to finding the perfect fit. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy — items can be returned for your choice of an exchange, full refund, or store credit. If the garment doesn’t fit, we’re happy to exchange it for the right size, and if you’re not completely satisfied we’ll gladly provide a store credit or full refund.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition
  • Original tags must still be attached
  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Socks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • Include your original packing slip to avoid delays

The cost of returning the item to us, along with the shipping fee for your replacement, will be your responsibility. After we process your exchange, we'll send you an invoice for the replacement shipping cost and share tracking details once your item has been dispatched.

Please note shipping fees for the original garment are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

Product Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure our product information and imagery are accurate. However, variations in colour or finish may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing differences. If you have any questions about a product, please reach out before ordering - we're happy to help.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item and credited to your original payment method.

Clearance Product Returns

All Clearance items purchased online are non-refundable. Should you find your item is not suitable, please return it and we will issue an online store credit, allowing you to purchase another size or style in your own time.  Clearance items are often end-of-line meaning we cannot guarantee an exchange on these items.
