Return Policy
At Possum Boutique, we want your online shopping experience to be smooth and stress-free. If something isn’t quite right with your purchase, we're happy to help with an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition
- Original tags must still be attached
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
- Socks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Include your original packing slip to avoid delays
The cost of returning the item to us, along with the shipping fee for your replacement, will be your responsibility. After we process your exchange, we'll send you an invoice for the replacement shipping cost and share tracking details once your item has been dispatched.
Please note shipping fees for the original garment are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

Product Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure our product information and imagery are accurate. However, variations in colour or finish may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing differences. If you have any questions about a product, please reach out before ordering - we're happy to help.
Refunds
All refund requests are reviewed on a case by case basis. They are usually only granted for items with a genuine manufacturing defect, those that are not as described, faulty, or unfit for purpose. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item and credited to your original payment method.
