Shipping policy
Orders are processed exclusively on business days, with courier pickups happening every weekday except public holidays.
Please be aware that not all "in stock" items are stored onsite, some may need to be sourced from offsite storage or ordered from suppliers. Additionally, high demand during the busy season may result in minor supply delays.
If you need your order by a specific date, let us know ASAP and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
We’ll send you a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order is on its way.
Purchasing within New Zealand
All orders are shipped tracked via NZ Post’s Courier service, signature required. They will deliver to most locations by the next working day. Further information on delivery targets can be found on the NZ Post website.

International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, or other import fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs. Returns due to refusal to pay duties or import restrictions will incur a NZ$25 restocking fee, deducted from your refund.

NOTE: As of August 2025 the US has announced a 15% tariff for NZ-origin imports plus the removal of the 'De Minimus' exemption (for imports of less than US$800 value). We use New Zealand Post to send all packages. We use their Tracked Economy service for all countries where that is available. For other countries, packages will be sent Economy. Insurance
Possum Boutique insures each purchase against damage during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address.
Tracking may not be available to some countries or uneconomical to provide door to door tracked courier service, therefore you may be asked to share the cost of this service.
